A woman who goes about the globe, and does not stop at one country.
French, borrowed from the English globe-trotter. Also: the reason this blog keeps changing address.
Salisbury Crags, Edinburgh
I grew up in Strasbourg, a French city right on the border with Germany. Crossing one was never a big occasion, and I travelled from a young age. That is where all of this comes from.
I studied languages, and in 2023 I moved to Edinburgh to finish my degree. A year later I moved to Dublin for a master’s in tourism, then spent a year at the Guinness Storehouse answering other people’s questions about Ireland.
Those three years in the British Isles are what this blog is made of. Most weekends went on a train to a station I had never heard of, and the places nobody had written about properly turned out to be the good ones.
In August 2026 I moved to Québec City for a master’s in digital marketing. The blog came with me, so North America is on it now as well. The British Isles guides are not going anywhere.
